PRODUCT RETURN/REFUND TERMS
- If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased such as faulty goods, expired, wrong size or color, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving product via “Contact Us” page or WhatsApp at 018-986 2633. You can choose one of the following refund/return options.
- Please note that some products are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Any products returns must be in original packaging with price tag still attached with the products, unused, unwashed conditions and have not been consumed.
- The product that you returned can only be replaced with another product from our store. In the event the returned product and the replacement product do not have the same monetary value, we will refund the difference or you are required to pay the difference.
- We also will proceed to refund if the exchange product is unavailable.
- We reserve the rights to reject your product returns in the event it did not meet any of the above terms.
